Anyone working for EK? Got a few job questions

It's a middle management position, grade nine, if that matters. I'm expecting it to be not shift work but for it to be potentially disruptive of weekends, which is normal in this type of position. I'm also not thaaaat worried about overtime as long as it's not insane.

Where would you say the company puts people in terms of importance? For example where I work right now, caring for their employees happiness is like the last priority, always. Policies always screw people over, no sense of creating loyalty for the company, systematic mistrust for the employee, etc. And this is the main reason I want out. Would I find the same at ek or ek cargo?

What is the management style? Is it what I'd be used to as a westerner? I've heard some people in the GCC have a tough time with south Asian managers as their style is very different (I'm not saying better or worse, just different) which can be quite different to the western styles in terms of flexibility, openness to be challenged, to learning, etc.

Also, is the management flexible with annual leave? Some airlines ask their people to put their annual leave a year away which is insane. I believe their standard package for these grades is 42 calendar days, am I right?

Thanks!
