Has anything like this ever happened to you?

I went to my first class of the semester and I arrived 15 mins early to make sure I get seated in time. So I went upstairs and started looking for room 2129 or something like that but after looking for 10 mins I was nearly late and I cant find anything. I'm also nearsighted which doesn't help. So I embarrassed myself by asking a Prof wandering around and found out I was in the wrong building. So I get to the right building and start looking for this room. I'm 5 mins late. I can't find it and I'm confused that the room im looking for is 129 but the placards say the rooms go up to 121. So I go to a help desk and the lady says to go down the hall with the placard reading 100-121. I can't find it of course and I go to another help desk. It turns out the room im looking for doesn't exist!!! because I was looking at the course # not the room # that was right in front of me on my schedule the entire time. I was 30 mins late and incredibly sweaty from biking and running around for the past 1.5 hours. I walked into the room and it's a major mechE class so it was like 93% men in this giant lecture hall and I'd never been in a lecture hall that massive. I was thinking that those folks probably assumed I'm an idiot and I that only got accepted for diversity/feminism or whatever, and would drop the class in like 2 days. Like sheesh she can't even make it to this room? Probably not the best 1st impression and I got a 0 for the day. But hey I scored ahead of the average on the first test so at least 50% of those engineering students that may be building your bridges are even dumber than me!
