Anytime Fitness Osaka - a cautionary rant

Fair enough. I just think that if they want it to be stretching only, there should be a sign and they should provide an alternate floor space for push-ups, lunges, star jumps, etc. I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

Anyway, after our experience there it seems like it’s not the gym for us in more ways than one. We just didn’t realize it when we signed up because it looked like it had the features that we wanted, but in practical use (especially with no “allowed” area for body weight exercises) it’s no good. Seems like they cater to the treadmill crowd and everything else is either an afterthought or for show (like all of the cybex type machines that I’ve hardly seen anyone use).
