I understand that, obviously.
The premise is that AOC is a top-of-her-class, double major, valedictorian scholar - and yet resorted to 7 years of bartending, during a time where we were not necessarily short of jobs or economic opportunities, and with her supposed forte - progressive politics - in the forefront for the entire time from when she graduated to when she ran. And she just bartended. 7 years. Until 28 years old.
I worked low paying jobs out of college. I worked many of them because I didn't know what I wanted to do. Government jobs, commercial fishing boats, sales, construction - i'm younger than her.
Tell me what is commendable about her being a bartender for 7 years and going straight to Congress.
She's a puppet.
