I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864 must be sent together in the packet.

I-765 and I-131 are optional but highly recommended since they're free to file with I-485.

I-693 is also optional, you can file it with the I-485, or wait until USCIS requests it.

You'll have to go to through the instructions for each of those forms and compile a list of evidence you must send. There's a lot more evidence you need to send, not just a birth cert and a couple of passport mugshots.
