Yeah. I'm pretty big on the crack ship between Armin and Eren myself.

I did also realistically ship Eren with Mikasa and also with Historia. And I could have seen him very well ending up with either under the right circumstances. I'm not surprised at neither ship happening, but that's not because neither had the logic or potential. It's just that compelling circumstances like the general trajectory of the story and Eren in general didn't leave adequate room for either in this case scenario.

That being said, I am still going to simply crack ship him with both characters, similar to Eren and Levi, Eren and Reiner, and of course my definite favorite now: Armin and Eren ftw!
