Apartment complex recs?

I lived in the Greenwood condos for a few years and I was happy (I also lived on the top floor though which really helped). I owned but I’ve seen 1BR in your price range in that community. The buildings are older and I could feel every tiny earthquake and the elevators are slow AF, but overall it was quiet and the neighbors were tolerable (more so than other places I’ve lived, including the more expensive place I live in now which is supposed to be “luxury” but doesn’t even have a working intercom for the whole time I’ve lived here, which is almost a year). I also had 2 cats at Greenwood, although if you’re renting it’ll likely depend on your landlord.
