Is that a rule someone is allowed to make? Is anyone allowed to stop you from working on your own car where it is? I mean some people cant afford to get their car towed to the mechanic just to have to then pay to get the car fixed. Being able to fix your car yourself is a thing no one can stop you doing right? Isnt that something people are intitled too? For example lets say your fuel pump fucked itself and you rolled into your apartment parking lot and cant afford to pay a mechanic or a tow truck but you have a bunch of mechanic friends that have everything required to get the job done quickly. How can they stop you from doing that? Im sure they are just worried about fluid spills but still. Ive never been in an apartment complex or anything similar so Im not aware of what is normal rules and what isnt. Someone enlighten me with ur knowledge. That being said if the rules say no id still roll that bitch onto the kitchen tile and work on my bike there. Its almost better, you get to look at all its curves and glory every time you go to the fridge.
