I took apart my PS4 PRO apart just for this game, the fan was too noisy and I could not handle playing it that way. This is what I found on the heatsink https://i.imgur.com/8z9i1Xo.jpg, I had to shine a flashlight though the fan to notice all that dust blocking the airflow completely before I started taking it apart. after cleaning it and reapplying the thermal paste, its deadly silent even on taxing Games like God of War and RDR2, you have to put your ear next to the console to hear it working now and the framerate seems to be more consistent, maybe that was a heating issue, but I still have the blurry problem when PS4 is outputting 4K, if I set the PS4 to 1080p I get a much clearer image overall. Hope it gets patched soon.
