My neighbors bought a 40 ft camper van and parked it four feet from my house. He stood on the steps and used to stare into my windows. I was washing dishes and looked up and he was staring in my face. He also had ocd and slammed doors in it compulsively 4-6 hours a day. My father knew him and politely asked to stop. It escalated. He got mad that I complained and long story short I put my hand through a window trying to get him away from my house. I talked to the police and found out it was a misdemeanor felony to stare in a woman’s windows. We informed him. He never stopped. He just moved and the new neighbors have a huge truck and do the same thing. My conclusion… people suck.
