Not in any meaningful way. Of course there are geographic differences in DNA, like your source says. Of course there are genetic differences for minor things (skin color being the most obvious). That's common sense. People don't need to be convinced of that, so there's no point in sharing articles that say that. The only reason why race realists keep sharing these "sources" is to try to imply the (completely bullshit, unsourced) claim that certain races are superior to others.
