Appealing SSDI “Onset Date”… Denied 2.5 years since workplace injury resulted in disability?

No thanks to the lack of assistance from the attorney who quit, had poor communication and yelled at me. I had to find the 2014 SSA guidance spelling out the necessary requirements and testing required for my particular illness. Without knowing so many more details and points of failure with representation, challenges even getting warranted testing and making over several pay walls. There is a 3 hour congressional hearing with the SSA administration. Fairly sure the representatives were honest with their criticisms. I get that it’s designed to deter and many applicants die waiting that have solid evidence of their disability. The commonality of multiple denials is a statistic very common in most cases. Even my attorney had no issue with admitting the reality of structural disenfranchisement built into the system. I was just asking for some specific advice on an issue. Not knowing the context I provided would provoke unhelpful (not all) comments. It’s not that anyone is telling me things I just didn’t want to hear. I been suffering a brain injury and was fired for it, survived the homeless period and even the Medical issues, and have been largely bed-bound and In isolation for 4 years now so thin skin, likely. TBI makes it hard to preform as I had when I graduated top of my class or started my first business. Downvoting a person suffering asking for help and expanding on some what reads to me as if….

Never mind, thanks for trying. Excuse me as well. My reason is intact despite other issues. My feelings being negative to some responses here you’ll likely not agree, yet well reasoned from my point of view. I can’t go back and look again to give specifics but I didn’t post to argue
