"Appeals are exceptionally slow" - SBA Rep

What I would do if I were in your shoes:

  1. Call the SBA representative tomorrow
  2. Explain to him the URGENCY of the matter: you contacted US Congress, a Senator no less, whom then forwarded you to him.
  3. You have been through this "IRS transcript" process multiple times to NO avail
  4. Finally, explain to him your dissatisfaction with all of this.
  5. If he says "Sorry, appeals are slow" then respond with "Who can I speak with that is able to help escalate or resolve this issue?" and "I understand you're trying to help, but this is just not acceptable. I even contacted my US Senator, which is why we're speaking today."

Basically, don't hope that he will get to the top of it. Sounds a bit too lenient imo. Just stay on top of him and try to escalate the issue further imo
