Apple support is horrible, how can they ever work in the enterprise space?

Ahh and that is the trick. I explained in another post but basically Apple is attacking the enterprise market in reverse. Dell offers ME things I need for a PC to work in an enterprise environment. Apple offers USERS an experience they want at work. The users then demand the macs and IT now has a political battle to fight.

Apple does this by infiltrating the education sector and flooding it with cheap/free hardware so that when Billy goes for his first dev job he asks for a Mac cause that is all he knows how to use. They trap users in their macros and proprietary features and it forces managements hand.

So, no Apple doesn't advertise to IT folk and say "Look at the new shiny we have to offer you", they infect our companies with users who don't know why their product is bad for a work environment.
