Apple's Epic retaliation: Unreal Engine on iOS and Mac in jeopardy

I don't believe the law cares how they got there. It only concerns when a company uses a dominant position to benefit themselves merely by virtue of being dominant. Actions which are fine, legal and good for most companies are not necessarily legal for a company in a dominant position.

If apple had same rules from day 1 then it would be ok? I mean why would company do something that is in interest of others if everything they do is legal?

If they came to power with shady business or some ilegal actions then punish them immediately for that. Having different laws for dominant company is dumb.

I dont know what analogy to use to prove it is dumb. When USA sent The dream team to Olympics was it fair to other countries? Rules were the same for everybody, some country had much better team and won.
