ARAM needs real balancing (and SR too)

I agree with most of your points, ARAM is in a pretty bad state right now, but atleast we get the % balance which definitely did help and damage reduction at range was really necessary for poke champs as they were simply too strong originally.

Goredrinker lost a lot of its power, I don't really consider it much of a problem anymore, just have 1 person buy antiheal, that's enough now, it heals next to nothing. Shieldbow was absolutely intended for Yone and Yasuo, as they eely on crit items and this is one.

Shields definitely need a nerf it's crazy how strong they are at the moment.

50% global self heal reduction though would just ruin all sustain, maybe 10%. In the actual game these numbers are a lot more impactful than it might seem and unless you stack lifesteal/omnivamp, it's really not as insane as you describe. It seems that way, because you have a lot of bad memories of it. Sure some champions benefit a lot more from lifesteal/omnivamp and they will heal A LOT, but usually antiheal items keep it in check enough to atleast play against it and you can't forget that other champions don't benefit from it as much and you would directly be hurting those aswell.
