Except I guess, growing up, I saw my parents doing pooja every morning or evening, they would ask me too, but they didn’t force me to do it. They’d just ask me to stand maybe, I took interest on my own, I would ask questions and I got some answers too, like regarding the rituals and why we only eat certain prasad at certain holidays etc etc.

I visit temple when I wish to, I don’t have to if I don’t want to. It’s not like a weekly or daily thing that I do.

I was atheist as well, or maybe I didn’t know what religion exactly meant. Now I see myself as a spiritual person. That doesn’t make me any less bakchod tbh.
