Hmm.... this is really hard, but I think it ultimately boils down to Robbie Rotten and Steve due to their traps and weapons. I’d go with Robbie like u/SpawnTheTerminator did, because first of all his traps are ridiculously OP. Second, he has been launched into the Moon and survived the impact, so it would be hard to catch him. Third, I miss Stefan Karl and I know a lot of you do as well.

Round 1: Harambe, Ugandan Knuckles, the Guards are not that harmful. The UK (not the country) would just be praising me and saying random stuff, so they would be open to attacks. Harambe dies as soon as the first projectile hits him, the Guards can’t walk. We make the other memes chase us and they come across each other, knowing the bounty they massacre each other. Once done we make Steve (who I think is the strongest) slip and then we use the net.

Round 2/3: Robbie just traps them. Also I’m pretty sure in one episode he ordered a genie lamp so there’s that.
