It depends of my mood and the situation really.

Recently, I was at the doctor for a check-up, and the doctor happened to be a young girl with rather large breasts. In my country it's also not unusual for the doctor to wear casual clothing, so they were quite visible, as she only was wearing a t-shirt (and a bra underneath it of course).

When she measured my blood pressure, she pulled my arm towards her, and because her breasts were really big, my arm was automatically pressed against her breast as well for like a minute. It's not like she can make the disappear, they're just there and sometimes in the way.

In any other situation, I would be very aroused, but in that case I felt nothing. I might as well have been a eunuch. It's because I knew she didn't do it on purpose, she's just doing her job, and at the doctor's office I'm too much in my own head hoping that my pain doesn't mean I have cancer and will die next year.
