Are Christians persecuted in the United States?

Understand one thing, here if you want a really good healt care you have to pay for it, normal healt care is not that good. Governmental aid, no thank you, not for me. And I know some people who emigrated when the government was conservative and now even with Trump, people are still emigrating to there. I really like the freedom, the high quality of life (New Hampshire) and the possibility to defend yourself and your family, in my country you can only use the necessary force, that normally means if you knock out him, you're beeing charged and if he was trying to kill you and you kill him you will go to jail. Its not that i want to kill someone, i lived in a dangerous place(not that I wanted), with a lot of burglaries, pick pocket, assault, armed roberies, gang violence and sometimes murder. I was always afraid of someone breaking in my house and having to defend myself and my family from him and ending up in jail for protecting my life. Im sorry for my english, it's not my first language
