Dude, narcissists are everywhere. It's really hard opening up to them because they lack empathy.

Everyone says something socially unacceptable. That doesn't make them a narcissist. Furthermore, referring to poorly educated people as "low IQ" is disrespectful, so I would refrain from doing that.

I subtly confronted a covert narc about it, using their own tactic against them by showing them a video of psychological battles, where one person subtly put down the others, I asked for their opinion and they said that it's petty and stupid and that low IQ people do it all the time, yet they continue to do it and it seems like they think I'm unware, I'm not hurt by those attempts at put downs, but I find it to be annoying, and at the fact that they think I'm unaware when I'm just going with the flow and laugh like it's a joke.

First of all, this is a run on sentence. Secondly, this is epic cringe. Normal people don't show one another "psychological battles". I think you need to reevaluate your own personality and interests.
