Are cow milk and cheese good source of protein?

Meh, that actually doesn't bother me. I have willingly eaten insects plenty of times. Mostly crickets and mealworms. It's the texture and like....animal-iness of meat, eggs, dairy that put me off. And this is coming from somebody who grew up raising market animals in 4H. It's not that I'm unexposed and just being a baby. It might be that I'm so exposed I can't unlearn it. I also much less disgusted by meat that has been hunted for some reason. It feels more direct to the earth? Idk. I think it's the mass produced jug upon jug upon jug of milk and aisles of flesh vacuum sealed into plastic that really puts me over the edge into like uncanny valley territory but with meat/animal products. Like I'll eat eggs for my sister's chickens, but grocery store eggs give me the ick.
