I feel like I may be reacting appropriately. I remember when 8chan was popular, I searched through the boards and found one which could technically be illegal if you apply the dost test (I looked into it recently).

To start, what makes you think the authorities aren't going to come to my door? Over the past few days I've looked up numerous cases where a tip was sent about cp from a website and the FBI was able to get a search warrant easy.

Since someone did report to NCMEC about a few pictures I had on Imgur, the authorities are most definitely going to get a warrant based on IP address and home address. My concern is that once they look at my computer they're going to think I have child pornography because I remember visiting and even uploading few pictures of girls from 8chan who were dressed and non sexual, but looked around late teens, meaning they could have been 16,17,or 18. Apparently those images are taken from facebook, however, what truly concerns me is the dost test.

I'm not sure when the Dost test is used, but if an investigator is looking through my laptops and notices a cached image or video of an underage looking woman with a camera pointed up her skirt, then that could land me in jail for child pornography right?

Or do investigators avoid late teen looking girls and only focus on finding images of girls who are clearly underaged and sexual?
