Why are you driving in my country, Germany Boy?

To be honest, assuming this is real, and that he let him off without a ticket, I think that the cop did a great job. The title of the post and the comments in this thread are all misleading. Firstly he never threatened him with rape, telling someone that they're gonna get raped if they go to prison isn't a rape threat, it's intimidation, trying to convey to him that he doesn't want to be in prison. Every single party involved in the video knows that that wasn't a rape threat and that was just intimidation. Telling someone that their ass is going to be sore if they go to prison is not a rape threat, a rape threat would be explicitly telling him that he would personally have him raped when he went to prison, so seriously, stop being ridiculous, because that driver is most certainly did not go to sleep that night worrying about being raped. If you will argue that you find his intimidation tactic offensive, I will argue that I find that your labelling of it as a "rape threat" is offensive to the people who suffer the distress caused by a real rape threat. Secondly, the "Why are you driving in my country?" is taken completely out of context. What the officer said was "Then why are you driving in my country?" in response to the driver saying that he didn't know the speed limit, and that makes a world of difference. And finally, the damn context! The driver is a tourist, driving 30 miles above the speed limit, putting lives at risk. The cop is clearly trying to do his job right. Ticketing him or arresting him would be unreasonable given the context, but he needs to ensure that the driver doesn't speed again, and the most reasonable thing to do was to intimidate them. Was he rude, aggressive, and antagonizing? Sure, but he was facing a unique situation and a non-trivial crime where he had to do something because it's his job.
