You are given an unlimited budget, what video game would you create?

I always had an idea loosely inspired by Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Prince of Persia.

You play as a forest elf who will die of old age a certain amount of real in-game time after leaving the forest. You leave the forest for some reason and get a magical artifact that lets you play around with your age. The elf still ages, but they can use their age to solve puzzles. Like, you'd need a tree for some reason so you have to be an old man and you give your age to the tree sapling, and it turns into a huge tree. Or you could fight people using your age. Some guy is attacking you while you're an old man so you use your magical artifact and make him a pathetic old geezer while you're now a kid again.

Also, how old you were would change the type of gameplay the game had. When you're a kid, you can run and jump and platforming is the best way to go. When you're an adult, your more of a swordsman paladin warrior type of guy and you can go run into a horde of 20 guys and beat them all up. When you're an elderly person, you have to use more persuasion and stealth. Some of the game could only be played when you were a certain age, but a majority could be played as whoever you wanted. If you were bad at being sneaky, you could try a fast and quick approach as a child or run in and bash skulls as an adult.

The last thing I wanted for it was that it wouldn't be just one quick "poof, now you're an adult" kind of thing. I wanted it to start where you're at your quickest and nimblest and your stupid little elf knife barely does any damage. As you play it as a platformer, you can't jump as high anymore but your swords and knives are better. Then while you play it as an action game, you begin taking more damage and you get a little slower, gradually.

Also the character model would have to change too, probably about once every minute.

Probably the only way this could even remotely be done would be as a 2D Side Scroller but... unlimited budget. Let's make it Elder Scrolls level graphics.
