If someone claimed I sent white supremacist propaganda and I knew I didn't I would at least... say that I never sent it. Instead of attacking the credibility of the SPLC.

It is not and never has been a crime to send white nationalist propaganda to a journalist, nor could it be the basis for some civil suit.

But if SM never sent these emails, and the SPLC is such a discredited outfit that has been repeatedly succesfully sued for libel then....why won't SM sue them?
