So you just proved my point because sentences for rape is not the same as that. Proceedings are different, court arguments are different. One is a violent abhorrent defiling and exploitation of a person's body, and the other is illegally accusing someone for said crime.

And again, the rate at which false accusations are made are much much less than the actual rate of rapes that actually happen, or even the unknown amount of rapes that go unreported altogether. If the only time you talk about this issue is when you feel like men aren't being treated fairly when they commit rape, as opposed to when a person falsely accused someone of rape, then that's a problem.
