Why are Millenials separated from other generations?

I think Gen Z is going to have a tougher adjustment because not everything technological can translate into the work force. As a cubicle monkey maybe they'll do alright because the digital distance is perfectly ok, but healthcare industry, service industry and a lot of businesses rely on communication skills that Gen Z people do very little to develop and foster. And at the end of the day Millenials will be the middle management not putting up with idiotic subordinates just by virtue of seniority.

It'll be interesting to see. Luckily for my work in healthcare it's very regulated to prevent people from having phones out at all times, and it's a godsend.
