Why are MRAs generally considered enemies in social justice circles?

So now we move on to why women get custody of children more often in divorce. We can see this is explained by the stereotype that women are better caretakers, a very pervasive stereotype in our society...they are often symptoms of larger problems good, intersectional feminism is already attempting to address.

1), that common stereotype is the direct result of the Tender Years Doctrine, as championed by early feminists like Caroline Norton. Prior to that, it was customary for the husband to get custody of children in the case of divorce. This shift in thought was once commonly acknowledged as an early feminist victory, until academia decided all gender equality had to be shoehorned into Patriarchy theory, when that segment of history was just disavowed en masse.

Granted, the Tender Years Doctrine had more ramifications than that; it marked a shift in thought from understanding children as property to be awarded to understanding them as individuals whose welfare should be considered, at least nominally. I'll say that outright since it's the first thing you're gonna learn when you google that term, which you've obviously never heard of. But the salient point is, you just tried to apply Patriarchy theory as an explanatory model to a segment of history you were ignorant of, and came up with the exact opposite of how actual history developed. That should be a big red flag as to the validity of Patriarchy theory as an explanatory model, in anything.

and 2), for your oblivious talk of how "intersectional feminism is already attempting to address" the issue in question, you might really want to check out the track record of the National Organization of Women, the most prominent feminist organization in American history, to see how they've attempted to address that issue. When the grim specter of default joint custody in the event of divorce arose in North Dakota, NOW rallied to oppose it. When it reared its ugly head in New York, NOW rallied to oppose it. Spoiler alert, every single time someone in America challenged that Patriarchal division of gender roles, they're staunchest opponent wasn't the Church or MRAs or any brigade in the army of the Patriarchy you can name. It is always the National Organization of Women.

And when you claim intersectional feminism is behind a cause the single feminist organization of merit in the US has tirelessly opposed, it damages your credibility to a degree that makes me cringe. And I kind of hate you on general principle; for your unforgivable ignorance, or for your shameless deception, or for the latter you're displaying in your attempt to cover for the former, doesn't really matter. My principles compel me to loathe people like you, and I still feel vicarious shame when you make that big of an ass of yourself.
