I just hope you know in America the argument is it life is it a human was never needed during Roe. It’s a myth to think defining it as life makes or breaks the allowance.
Call it murder. I’ll say it with you. It’s killing a potential human ( potential as so many things can go wrong naturally until birth )
However the constitution says us citizens (14th amendment) and the 14 defines anyone as a citizen via being born here.
So the constitution doesn’t apply to a clump of cells.
And in Roe, the Supreme Court stated “morality and life are not what needs defining. This is a privacy matter, you need to argue how it is or isn’t”.
Even the removal of Roe doesn’t change the definition. The highly conservative shoe horned in Supreme Court could have made it a life issue. Could have made life , human, baby, murder, the means of removal.
All they did and they stated as such was it was a decision left up to the states.
Even in Roe’s removal, the precedent was not set to define life.
Which means Roe still stands as a court case precedent anyone can cite for in their states courts.
Now while the decision for abortion is back to the states,
