Okay, I'll do a quick run down of what's in my mind so don't expect anything to detailed haha.

Special ability is mind control, with precise thoughts and hand motions, somewhat akin to Kenshi, also able to teleport and skilled with a steel baseball bat.

Variation 1 - Opportunist This variation is more dependant on controlling the opponents movements and opening up room for quick and powerful attacks, punishing their mistakes and targetting the limbs with swift hand motions and the body with kicks. Enhanced mind control allows for a longer stun period and more successive hits on certain moves.

Variation 2 - Untouchable Using teleportation techniques, can automatically teleport up to three timea a fight upon contact from opponent, enhanced version allows follow up attack. Can also teleport underneath opponent, lifting them into the air, and leaving them prone.

Variation 3 - Street Wise This variation brings the baseball bat into play, opening up new attacks, this variation keeps mind powers to bare minimum, only used when throwing bat in a boomerang effect. Enhanced attacks allow for more aggressive bat attacks and a teleport from above that allows for downward swing.

X-Ray - Heavy Hitter

Baseball bat shot to the ribcage shatters them, a hand motion twists their kneecap so that they drop down, and a final swing to the back of the head cracks the skull.

Fatality 1 - Hanging Around

I had this down as a possible Kenshi fatality. A quick hand movement slices tbe stomach open, and a second begins pulling the insides out, a twirling motion pulls the intestines out and wraps them around the neck, suddenly the opponent is lifted into the air, hanging, struggling for a release, a final tug of the intestines snaps the neck.

Fatality 2 - Wax Off

A baseball bat shot to the back of the leg drops the opponent, then with a quick, grip and rip motion, the opponents face is pulled off, leaving their bare flesh exposed, they drop onto their backs, shaking in agony, finally the bat is thrown up into the air, and brought down forcefully with the mind control so that it penetrates the brain with a loud thud, slowly killing the opponent.

Fatality 3 - That Claustrophobic Feeling

The opponent is standing prone, using both hands, the motion of two walls closing on eachother is created, the opponent begins to scream, being crushed by the incoming walls, bones begin to split out of the arms as they struggle to hold the walls apart until their body is crushed into an unidentifiable mess. Only the head remains untouched, with the last life the opponent has, they gasp for air as one final swing of the baseball bat seperates their jaw from their skull, they fade as the wall is removed and they fall into a heap of mess, a pool of blood.
