You are now the villain in the last movie you saw. What can you do differently to actually accomplish your goal?

I took my oldest boy to see Once Upon a Deadpool.

As Firefist, I'd just have gotten the job done before the X-Men showed up to stop me. Seriously, Russel stood there, surrounded by SWAT and X-Men, when he could have torched those human child abusers at any time.

Then again, I don't think that's what made Russel a villain. It's going on a murderous rampage after that first entirely justified kill... and I didn't really buy that bit of character development anyway. Still, as far as the movie narrative is concerned, Russel's goal is to kill the weasley abuser, and that could have been accomplished easily and long before the character even showed up on screen.
