Why are people talking about "cancel culture"?

While normally I would agree with you, her claim was that I paid for my reviews (I didn't), so it made it seem like I was just a liar and hadn't done a decade of work. Believe me, I went through a review process with other high-ranking photographers where they reviewed everything: the emails, my work, what I delivered to her, the timing of edits and everything. They determined that I did everything wonderfully and she was systematically blocking all efforts to remedy her issues. She wanted almost a thousand dollars in free stuff (after she did her damage) and was mad I wouldn't give in. Wedding photography clients don't function within the 'norm'. Her damage seeded the worst distrust a client could have on one of the most important days of their lives. There was no going back.
