Are the pro-choicers who equate sperm and unfertilized ova to zygotes and embryos really that stupid/thoughtless?

I actually like to make a distinction that exists in law already between "person" and "human", and the resulting associated rights. "Personhood" is a legal concept that affords one legal rights, such as contracting and voting, and isn't fully attained by humans until they are 18. "Humanity", on the other hand, is what affords one human rights, such as the right to life, and is attained upon becoming a human, i.e. conception.

To further illustrate the difference between personhood and humanity, corporations are afforded legal personhood, but if I start a boycott against a corporation and it goes under as a result, I can't be charged with murder despite ending a person's, "life", because the corporation doesn't have the human right to life.
