For one, most people do not know who their source is or even how many times away from the "wholesale" product is. You could go straight to the wholesale guy but be prepared to buy a lifetime membership for a few thousand dollars. You could be an entrepreneur and start an IPTV service but be prepared to set up a website, your own APKs and subscription management system, or just be a regular person and subscribe to the IPTV service. Some people without doing research have bought subscriptions that are actually part of a package enabling resellers to sell their own subs of that IPTV service. Hope that make sense.
