Yes he is...contradicting himself..my daughter is at a public school...i got a phone call from the school asking if I had internet at home...i scoffed and chatted with the teacher for a little while and confirmed we had internet.i spoke to my daughter(15) and told her about the call and she rattled off 6 of her friends who actually don't have connectivity at home...my daughter didn't specify why they didn't have internet at home....but I thought to myself if SCOMO shuts the education system down does that mean the government have a obligation to provide access to the Australian public to access education portals..?? Massive conspiracy theory from me...but I am totally confused about schools
