Maybe it’s just chance then. If you’re not actively seeking out 6’+ guys, but you’re just encountering them... then I wouldn’t say it’s fetishizing them.

I have to be physically attracted on some level to my partner (but maybe what I find attractive is not something you would), but personality is a huge role for me. If I can identify a guy is attractive, but I don’t like who he is as a person, I would have zero pull toward him.

There’s a difference between dating 6’ men because it just so happens to have happened that way (who you’ve met, who has shown interest, etc.), and only seeking them out to create that ridiculous height gap (which is the fetishizing aspect).
