Have you done the following? These are the most common fixes:
Update BIOS
Update chipset drivers
Set PCIE x16 slot to 3.0 and not auto or 4.0
Turn off windows game mode
Set your power performance to high performance
DDU everything and install only the drivers without Adrenaline https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keURVVjApY4&feature=youtu.be
Try using the RAM without the XMP profile
Also try:
Search "Power & Sleep" from the task bar. Now go "Additional power settings" > "Change plan settings" on your chosen power plan > "Change advanced power settings" > "PCI Express" > "Link State Power Management" > Setting: OFF.
These things among a lot of thread reading and research seem to be what fixed issues the most often.
Particularly black screens and crashes disappeared when people did some of these.
