Are we stuck living our life this way?

  • let me answer with an analogy : you don't own the atmosphere, yet you breath from it. You don't own the sun, yet you use its light and heat.
    • you can farm what you grew. You can farm what naturally grew. Same as before. You don't need ownership for that. If a fruit is on your tree (a tree you made by planting and taking care of) then it's yours, even on the tree. If it's on a natural tree, then it's it's yours after you take it.
    • ok for that. Then you will own the fruit of your labor. Why should you own the land ?
    • I don't understand the need for ownership. Why unowned land should be owned by anyone ?

The main idea that I had was that as human being I shouldn't be restricted in my movements. I can go wherever I want on this planet.

Of course, by doing so I shouldn't destroy or harm the labor of others. Let's say someone is cultivating on a land, then I should walk over his crops. If you own a house, then I shouldn't break your door to enter (but if it's open, then I can, assuming I don'tsteal or destroy anything inside).

I like how you are pushing that idea to it's initial boundaries. But, I still think that there are better ways to handle things, than by assigning ownership to land and then asking for permissions (passports, visas, etc). (I will be glad to push this idea even further).
