Are there any fields of occultism that are not prohibited by the bible?

depends. Trying to find magick that isn't 'influenced' even a little bit by the most important magickal traditions of the West will be hard. I mean, the obvious answer would be the Eastern practices of yoga and tantra, which do not require you to change your religion, are not really influenced by these western groups, and largely focus on transforming consciousness through meditation or physical practices...without necessarily calling on spirits.

Second would be kabbalah...but I'm guessing you're jewish and must have already considered kabbalah.

Thirdly...a personal point: within the prohibitions of religion, you're going to be unable to do a lot of things and generally end up meandering. Basically, you're going to end up as bait for black magicians who like to mess with people, especially religious people. I've seen plenty of Jews, Muslims and Christians ask me what they can practice without breaking violating abrahamic religious law, and it always comes down to very mild and ineffective stuff. And then they get destroyed by the first malicious force they encounter.
