Are there any healthy frozen dinners? I don't need to lose weight, but looking for nutrition.

-nods-

I recently went on a mostly whole foods plant based diet (a little under a month ago) and it's having a huge positive impact on my health (though I was never overweight). I really do think that the increase in fiber and water and the decrease in sugar, meat fats, and sodium are the reason.

My joints are still killin' me, but I no longer wake up with headaches, I have a bit more energy and motivation, brain fog is almost gone, and i'm somehow stronger! I could actually do four push-ups last night. I couldn't even do ONE before! I know four doesn't sound like a lot, but for someone who could barely hold herself up, it's awesome. I mean maybe it's the placebo effect, but I like it. If only it would fix the joints too, haha.

I use a nutrition tracking site to ensure my values are all right about where they should be, including making sure my plant-based fats aren't too high. I've been doing good so far! I occasionally still have a tiny issue with sodium. It's SO hard to fully reduce it below recommended levels!
