Sorry, I didn't understand very well what you intended to say exactly, I lost the the connection between loot bags and inventory management, but there are some mods which might be helping you:

For storage: - magic storage - where's my items

For carrying inventory: - wing slot: release 1 accessories slot - more accessories - second hotbar / hotbar swapper (one of them didn't work for me): adds more space on inventory - auto trash (last time I tested wasn't working, but I already used it successfully once) - bags of holding (I've never used it, I'm not sure about the mechanics)

Loot: - Loot bags (never used too, but I think it allows you to buy loot bag from a NPC, not dropped by monsters)
