So...are there any reliable techniques to bulking on carnivore? Most people say it cannot be done. What have you all learned to ACTUALLY gain significant mass?

My body is beat up pretty bad so it's still, for the most part, in "repair mode" although it has restored quite a bit of muscle it seems to be intermittent, between other repairs, and mostly my legs. Not sure why unless it needs specific muscles to make other repairs or, more likely, it is restoring muscles I'm actually using regularly, though poorly - as in muscles I need, so my leg muscles have already been restored quite a bit more extensively than others are being affected.

It seems to me that the more I use my leg muscles, the more restoration they get. I'm trying not over use them to give my body more time to work on other things which seems to be working. Also, the more I have to use the stairs, the more I sleep. There seems to be a lot of sort of synergistic, interplaying and choreography going on. Very interesting. Far more than when I was keto. Carbs really and dramatically set me back. which I didn't fully realize until I finally quit them altogether. I can't even eat sausage anymore without paying for it. Damn it. I really like sausage but I'm becoming more and more a bacon person.
