Are there any supplements that can make me look more manly?

EXERCISE

4 big strong lifts 3/4 days a week. Cardio should be fast and intense (sprints). if you want to look stronger than you are, focus on a more primal physique. I'm talkin Forearms/Neck/Traps/Chest/Calfs.

Meditation is my post workout. Quick cold showers or ice baths.

Rest days. It can be whatever. Pick up games. BJJ. Yoga. Hunting. Fishing. Hiking. Chopping wood. Rock Climbing. Sex.

(stay on the move/but don't overtrain.)

FOOD

Your brain and your body need to FEAST. every exercise, every activity, should be seen as the HUNT. Why I suggest...

Intermittent Fasting. Fast during the day and Feast between your afternoon workout and bedtime. Learn how to use your food as fuel. Carbs are your friend. Protein is what it is. Fat is essential. Eating during this particular time is what counts.

Lift days: Carbs 50% Protein 20% Fat 30% Rest days: Lower the Carbs a bit, raise the Fats.

Keep it simple. Meats and Potatoes.

Carbs: Potatoes, Potatoes, Potatoes. Sorghum (S. Bicolor - can increase DHT), Steel Cut Oats, Quinoa. Fava Beans.

Protein: Meat, Offal, Eggs, Whey.

Fats: Animal Fats. Ghee, Lard, Bacon, Duck Fat etc.

Greens: Spinach, Celery, Asparagus. (Focus on potatoes)

Fruit: Watermelon, Pinapple (tell bae to drink this), Avocado. Citrus Fruits and Stone Fruits.

Add: Himalayan Pink Crystal Salt, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, raw honey, raisins, raw chocolate, pumpkin seed butter.

I stay away from most peppers and spices. Really anything that is possibly anti-androgenic. Which is also the reason for my short list of veggies. (I've read DIM inhibits DHT)

BED TIME

After my last meal I slow down and make that time Simple. Take a shower. Focus on washing the dishes. Straighten up the house. Take the dog for a walk. chess with my pops. No surfing the internet No TV. Finally, I set my objectives for tomorrow, pick out my clothes and get to sleep.

everything is done with intent.

Business and Creativity can be left for tomorrow.

Other things: Cast Iron Glass bottles and Containers Mason Jars Water Filter (I use a berkey) Look for clean SIMPLE body/home care products. No Plastics. Like none. Be aware of phytoestrogens and xenoestrogens. Chill out with the fragrance and eat more celery. Pheromones>fragrance.

Alternatives to most of this: PES erase Pro, Triazole, Tribulus (high% Protodioscin). Andractim (DHT gel).
