Are there any types of protein or carbs that are liquid or gas at room temperature?

Okay, it’s been a while since I graduated but I’ll try and piece an answer together as accurate as possible, and hopefully it makes sense and is correct. So, unsaturated fats are the main macronutrients that are liquid at room temperature. This is because of the melting point of esters being low, as well as the kinks that form from the double bonds between carbons reducing the forces that hold the structure together. Proteins are composed of amino acids which, due to their structure, have quite a high melting point. On the other hand, carbohydrates composed of various sugars don’t undergo phase transitions like a lipid would. Instead, carbohydrates would raise to whatever temperature that would cause them to burn (combustion reaction).

In other words, (As far as I know), there wouldn’t be any natural protein or carb that could be found in anything other than a solid form at room temperature.
