Are there any ways to get taller if you’re still developing (or not)?

Oh wow, really? That's mind blowing, we're thinking about putting my little brother (13) on GHRP but you're not making it sound too appealing.

Look man, in this world there's those who are rich, those who are poor, those who are tall, those who are short, fat skinny flat chested (of woman) micro dicked (of men) hung like horses, busty, big booty, no booty, tall and scrawny, short and buff and I genuinely believe there's a market for everyone in terms of dating. I'm 5'6 yes about 6 inches taller than you but whatever, at any rate, I had a girl who was head over heels with me in highschool I only had her as a fwb to her dismay (wasn't the one) then I banged some guy's (multiple guys)hot like seriously hot blonde wife (23 year old) I was 19 at the time. Moved to another country lived at a hostel managed to hook up with numerous sexy chicks from all over the world (mainly France, Germany and Australia) and then later I met the most beautiful most gracious woman ever created. She has the heart of Jesus Christ, the booty of (idk whatever) and body of goddess all in all and she just adored my short ass, don't know why, but she did. We moved together across the world and had the wildest adventure and now I'm 21 and married to that woman. We're both pursuing higher education etc...

Bottom line is, as sucky as being short might be and I know it's the worst, nonetheless, it's not everything. Focus on what you can do better rather than what you can't change. If you tried gh at 13 and you gained an inch well then that's your fate my dear friend.

You can always save a 100k and go have some rich asshole doctor break you legs and put tubes in em and after a couple of months of agony, congrats you're now 2-3 inches taller!!!! Wohooo how exciting, NOT. You're still short but you can't run, hike, play sports or even sometimes walk or sit in airplanes like normal humans. You're talking lifetime of pain and discomfort (not to mention ugly scarring and weird proportions). So that's just a lost cause, take an L on this front and focus your energy somewhere you can win/score.
