Are there and liberal Orthodox?

That is very much parish and jurisdiction dependent. My parish has a few people that wear long skirts and headscarves, but we also have significantly more women that wear pants, no headscarves, et cetera. During weekly services, you'll see more people show up wearing whatever they wore to work that day, including scrubs.

Also, just to reiterate what the poster above said, politics doesn't come up at church. I have no idea how people I've known for around sixteen years now vote. Regardless of who the POTUS is, we pray for them during the Divine Liturgy. In my parish, we even have a handful of celibate gay people, though this is not discussed either.
