Are these symptoms normal? Also trigger or traveling tips

I was diagnosed unilateral in 1998. Yes, before some you were born, maybe older than your parents.

At first, I had violent vertigo three or four times a week. I threw up in every sort of place I could puke. THe sink, the toilet, the wastebasket, the front porch, the back yard, the cat box Out a helicopter (I was a pilot, I stopped then the symptoms became unpredictable but I never had vertigo in the air.)

In hindsight, it was irresponsible but at my age, I no longer apologize for the old stuff. I never killed myself or anyone else in an airplane. Never had an off-airport emergency landing for any reason, got outof every corner I got into but rarely really pushed the envelope. Aerobatics are for kids and old, bold pilots.
