Are they trying to imply that the far left antifa and the far right Nazis are similar? How does one come to that conclusion?

There's a literal Nazi at the bottom of this thread who linked a propaganda video stating that we vote based on emotion. Educated and philosophical people vote for the society they want to see, or sometimes against the society they do not want to see, based on a philosophic and ethical framework.

This is the biggest difference between the right and the left. The right acts based on emotion whereas the left acts in a more logical and ethical fashion. Violence is justified if it is necessary to put down a direct threat to society, and fascism is a direct threat.

I want a world where Naziism is not tolerated, where Nazis are afraid to express their views openly as they have done these past several years as their destructive worldview has continued to gain a foothold. I want a world where Nazis are denied service at restaurants and businesses, where they are utterly humiliated and shunned from society until they become irrelevant. The intolerance paradox is not that hard to grasp, so I hope I don't have to discuss it. Intolerance of intolerance is tolerance.

I'm sorry for the rant, but this person posting below is absolutely abhorrent, so I had to get this off my chest. Our greatest threat is fascism. Thank you to all those who take action against it. Thank you on behalf of myself, my LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters, my Latino family, my black neighbors, my Muslim neighbors, and society as a whole. I feel torn about condoning violence, but if that's what it takes to silence a Nazi, then I can't really oppose it because they're, you know, Nazis.
