Probably not. But the same can be said with Messi in the others.

My point is that people give Ronaldo huge credit for winning the Euros in a final he didn't take part in, yet Messi wouldn't have won those finals even if he'd not played.

So it seems a little unfair to discredit Messi for getting his teams just as far as Ronaldo did. The only reason Ronaldo has a major international trophy is because Lord Eder buried a beauty.

Unless you're going to tell me Argentina beat Germany without a Messi.

Internationally they've performed about the same. They've been pivotal parts of teams getting to the final. That's about all I can say about them for their countries.
